A Leak (Ketchup is a gateway drug)

Some say mirrors are leaks.
A man named Armstrong once said:
“Ketchup is a gateway drug”

How many people started with Ketchup, then moved on to Cigarettes and Alcohol? Then of course to Marijuana! Next thing you know, they’re hanging around hippy-musician-types and “tripping on things” and playing the bongos and singing and dancing all the time…free-loving and not working with tie-dye clothes and long beautiful hair. And even if they don’t run over a little girl on a bike because they’re laughing too hard and even if they don’t start thinking they’re Jefferson Airplane and try and fly off the roof, even if that doesn’t happen, it’s only a matter of time.

Before long they’re smoking crack in a dark alley out of an old shoe and shooting up speedballs while watching the Blues Brothers. They’ll be sleeping on cockroach mattresses and eating dead flies and maggots out of discarded dog food, all because they asked for a little extra ketchup full of corn syrup and “natural flavoring” (MSG) to go with them fries.

Disconnecting the dots

Economy of movement is the key to fighting martial arts style
Conserve energy
When you strike, it is focused, powerful and deadly

The same must be for mental gong fu

the enemy may strike 1000 blows to your chest
but still will fall with a single well-aimed strike to the throat

do not waste time pounding on chests,
your own or your enemy’s

if you attack, go for the throat

the initiate has a sixth sense for identifying the enemy
and an eighth for patient timing
the world’s not really so complex
it’s greed and power, same as always
